Pioneer Properties, a proud member of the SSA, attended the NJSSA annual meeting and summit last month. The Annual Meeting and Managers Summit was a fantastic opportunity for storage owners, operators and managers to network and meet vendors and supplier, like Pioneer, doing business at the local level. Looking forward to attending more events locally.
Pioneer at SSA Spring Conference in Orlando
Pioneer Properties attended the record breaking SSA Spring Conference last month. They returned to Orlando for this year’s event held at the Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando. As one of the largest self-storage events of the year over 3 days, it offered many educational opportunities, roundtable discussions, concurrent sessions and an industry-leading trade show. The SSA offers mentoring programs such as the Women’s Council and Young Leaders Group, an invaluable resource for many in the industry. We look forward to attending the fall conference at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas in September!
Pioneer to attend IFMA Facility Fusion
Pioneer Properties will be attending the 2022 International Facility Management Association’s World Workplace in Austin Texas. IFMA is the world’s largest and most widely recognized international association for facility management professionals. Pioneer is thrilled to be attending the World Workplace again this year. We look forward to connecting with other members of IFMA during this three day event covering a wide range of topics. The conference takes place April 19th through the 22nd at the Renaissance Austin Hotel .
Pioneer in Tarrytown for The 2022 NYSSA Investment Forum
Pioneer Properties will be attending the 2022 New York Self Storage Association Investment Forum in Tarrytown, NY. The New York Self Storage Association has served as the official trade organization and voice of the self storage industry locally for many years. Pioneer Properties is thrilled to be attending the Investment Forum this year. We look forward to connecting with other members of SSA and new attendees during this one day event. The forum takes place May 5th at The Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown, NY.
Pioneer at the MGM Casino in Springfield, Massachusetts next month for the NESSA Expo
Pioneer Properties is excited to be a first-time attendee at the NESSA (Northeast Self Storage Association) EXPO. Returning after two years, they will be covering all aspects of owning and operating a self storage facility at this year’s show! The Expo will have panels, roundtables, an exhibit hall and numerous networking events to round out the show. The event takes place May 10th and 11th, 2022 at the MGM Casino, Springfield Massachusetts. Hope we see you there!
Pioneer to Attend First HFMSNJ Meeting of the New Year
Pioneer Properties will be attending the Healthcare Facilities Management Society of New Jersey’s monthly meeting in Union, NJ. The HFMSNJ is the professional organization of healthcare facility managers of New Jersey. The monthly meetings are focused on education and the professional development of each member. The topic to be discussed at January’s meeting will focus on Infrastructure Resiliency-Post Superstorm Sandy. HFMSNJ was founded in 1949 and members of the organization include individuals who are actively employed in a facilities management capacity at a health care facility and professional associates who provide engineering, architectural services and products to our institutions. The meeting takes place at the Galloping Hill Inn on Thursday January 16, 2020.

Pioneer Properties is looking forward to the Mid-Year Connexion event in New York City at Location 05 Studios. This one-day facilities management event provides industry updates, leadership development sessions, and networking opportunities all leading up to the Connex 2020 National Conference.
Connex, established in 1995 is the leading retail and multi-site facilities management association. Connex empowers facilities management professionals with best practices, benchmarking, education, discussion forums, and trusted partnerships.

Pioneer Properties to Attend RetailSpaces in San Diego
Pioneer Properties will be attending the 2019 RetailSpaces event in San Diego, California at the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. RetailSpaces is a leadership retreat bringing together senior design, construction, and facilities executives and facility management professionals to connect around the challenges and opportunities facing their organizations. The three-day program features thought provoking talks from industry leaders as well as a series of peer led discussions on various topics. In addition, the show will include various networking events at the resort and the nearby Carlsbad Village area between September 15th & September 17th.

Pioneer Properties will be attending the 2019 Self Storage Association Fall Conference & Trade Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Self Storage Association has served as the official trade organization and voice of the U.S. and international self-storage industry for over 40 years. Pioneer Properties is thrilled to be attending the SSA Conference again this year. We look forward to connecting with other members of SSA and new attendees during this four-day event covering a wide range of topics. The conference takes place September 3rd through the 6th at the MGM Grand on the Las Vegas Strip.
Pioneer to Attend Forum Events Facilities Management Summit in Baltimore
Pioneer Properties will be participating in the BLR/Forum Events 2019 Facilities Management Summit in Baltimore, Maryland. The Facilities Management Summit is specifically organized for senior executives, directors, managers, and buyers who are directly concerned with their facility’s maintenance and operations. This is Pioneer Properties’ eighth appearance at the Facility Management Summit and we look forward to continuing our sponsorship with Forum Events. The summit takes place June 23 through June 25, 2019 at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel.
